Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free scans cost nothing. There is no payment to refund.

You can walk away before paying. A quote or recommendation does not create a payment obligation.

The AI Visibility Foundation is scoped and priced before payment. If PruneQ cannot start the agreed work, the payment is refunded.

Once work has started, refunds are reviewed based on what has already been delivered. If PruneQ makes an implementation error inside the agreed scope, PruneQ will fix that error at no extra charge.

Monitor, Page Growth, and Authority Growth are optional monthly services. You can cancel before the next billing period. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund work already delivered in the current period.

PruneQ does not currently require a subscription to buy the Foundation.

Pilot pricing may be discounted in exchange for feedback or permission to use anonymized before and after proof. Any public testimonial or case study from a discounted pilot must disclose that material connection.

PruneQ does not refund based on rankings, leads, AI recommendations, citations, ad performance, or other outcomes controlled by third parties.

The refund policy is tied to the agreed work, delivery, and implementation quality.
