Privacy Policy

If you use the intake form or email PruneQ, we collect the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, website, business type, offer interest, notes, and answers to the intake questions.

The site also uses Google Analytics 4 when the analytics tag is active. That helps us understand basic site usage, such as page visits, referral sources, device type, and general engagement. We do not use analytics to collect payment details, national identifiers, health data, or other sensitive personal information.

We use your information to reply to you, run a free scan if you requested one, quote or deliver PruneQ services, improve the website, and keep basic business records.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use fake reviews, fake forum posts, or hidden customer-data schemes.

Google Analytics may process site-usage data for measurement. Google provides its own controls and disclosures for how Google Analytics collects and processes data.

When the native intake form is activated, Resend processes the form email so the answers can reach the PruneQ inbox. If Resend is not active, the form falls back to your own email app or a copy-and-paste email panel.

Email sent to PruneQ may be processed by the email providers used to receive and reply to messages.

Processor categories may include website hosting, analytics, email delivery, inbox providers, and service-delivery tools used to prepare reports or communicate with you.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website activity. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can use Google's browser add-on if you want to opt out of Google Analytics measurement.

PruneQ does not currently run remarketing audiences, customer-list uploads, or personalized ad targeting from the site.

Browsers and privacy tools may send Do Not Track or similar signals. PruneQ does not currently change site behavior based on those signals, but you can control cookies and analytics through your browser settings and Google controls.

We keep inquiry emails, scan notes, reports, and related business records as long as reasonably needed to reply, provide services, maintain records, resolve issues, or improve PruneQ. For ordinary inquiries that do not become clients, the goal is to keep only what is useful for follow-up and basic records.

You can ask us to delete an inquiry we no longer need to keep for legal, security, or business-record reasons.

You can choose not to use the form and email PruneQ directly instead. You can also ask what information you sent, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where appropriate.

PruneQ is a business service for consultants, fractional leaders, advisors, and expert service businesses. It is not directed to children.
